Used some of the removed insulation (took off the paper) to fill the opening where the AC was and covered with some floor vapor barrier and taped to the other surface. Then added some 2x4 bracing, will add non faced insulation and then OSB like was there before. We are slow, but making progress. (Sorry for dark picture- dreary day here and must have not turned on the light)
Trying to figure out how to do this setup (2x4 "wall" with OSB) where the other minisplit head will go, but stuck on how to deal with attaching the PT board on the floor as the concrete is very out of level due to a crack. 🤔
Stopped for today and worked out while watching a YouTube of someone building shop cabinets in a pristine garage (and tried hard not to be jealous...good for him!!). Picked up some ideas for down the road.
