Happy Thanksgiving, people. I'll be helping my son repair a leak on the water heater. It's a fitting, not the water heater itself. I used to be able to just punch stuff like this out in an hour or so. Now, I have a bucket catching the water, and then bailing the bucket outside. This getting old is a real bitch. Lucky for me, one of my sons absorbed my knowledge and will be able to make this repair without me spending a few hundred dollars on a plumber. Pretty humbling- I'll be handing him tools as needed, as opposed to him helping me.
