George I for got to mention why my cilantro no longer grows next to my compost pile. When you grow those plants next to such a nutrient rich soil it grows to almost 4’ high. My gardener thought it was a weed and wacked it down. After that I lost interest in it. I was going to scold Juan. But when he looked at me with that big beautiful smile, It melted me.
