I place the chicken thighs in the oven after putting a little salt and pepper on them for about 30 minutes at 3:75 degrees.
Then I add the other ingredients to the slow cooker and set it on high.
After the chicken is cooked for 30 minutes I place it in the slow cooker. I then cook it on high for about 4 hours.
ASIAN CUCUMBER SALAD I substitute Monk Fruit sweetener for the sugar and add some flakes of red pepper.
INGREDIENTS FOR ADOBO CHICKEN
3 to 4 pounds of chicken thighs 1/2 medium onion chopped 1 tablespoon of pepper corns. 3 tablespoons of roughly chopped ginger 4 garlic cloves roughly chopped 2 bay leaves 1/2 cup of soy sauce 1/2 cup of white distilled vinegar 1/2 cup of water
Place all ingredients except the chicken in the slow cooker and set on high while the chicken bakes in the oven for 35 minutes.
