The finished Dish. Gather all the ingredients. I like to remove the seeds from the tomato. Chop all the vegetables. Adding the Extras Virgin olive oil to the pan. Set the heat to medium low. Adding the vegetables. I only add half the garlic at this point. The pasta is now cooking. I now add the wine to the pan. The raw shrimp are now added and the rest of the garlic. When shrimp are frozen their cells break and most of the juice escapes when they thaw out. I add the juice to the pan. It adds so much more flavor. If the shrimp are fresh this dish tastes even better. Now add the butter.
