I've upsized and downsized my shop several times through out my life for several reasons. This downsize will likely be the last.
Going from a 24 x40 1 1/2 story with 10' ceilings to 24x24 garage is a bit of a challenge, but definitely not the end of the world. I have decided to make everything portable and I've already been moving outside on nice days. I'm back to using my Makita contractor saw I've had for 40 or 45 years. It's a far cry from the 10" grizzly cabinet saw, but it cuts, and like me it's slower and older but still getting the job done. I sold the huge Walker Turner lathe that took up way to much space for turning hand plane knobs and chisel handles. I may replace it with something much smaller, but who knows.
But as of now it's insulated, wired and workable, wall covering is in progress
