Hi everyone, I'm Angel the owner, maker, and designer of HookedbyAngel.

My crochet business started after making a special gift for my parents that resembled their dog. Their reaction was so special. My mom even gave it a kiss.

I didn't stop there I started making cozies for other family members that resembled their dogs too. They are so much fun to gift!

At the same time, I was sharing what I was making in Facebook crochet groups. Everyone wanted to see their favorite breed in cozy form. Not only that they begged me to write my crochet patterns so they could make them too.

It took on a life of its own since then. I had so much to learn about pattern writing and all the layers of running an online business. I've never worked harder but it is so much fun it doesn't feel like work at all!
