Jefferson's journey with woodcraft began in 1981, marking the start of a lifelong passion rooted in art and craftsmanship. Originally from British Columbia, his roots in Coast Salish style formed much of his earlier work. Living in Japan for several years along with traveling and working in over 80 countries in Africa, Asia and Europe had a huge impact on his design style.
Over the years, he has skillfully handcrafted cedar strip canoes, geodesic domes, parquet floors and walls, live-edge countertops, and explored the art of lathe work, yet marquetry remains his true calling.
With a scroll saw and razor knives, he has intricately carved his ideas into stunning wooden compositions that tell stories through their designs. NO STAINS or PAINT are used. In 2024, he added a laser engraver to his arsenal of tools and can customize pieces as desired. IE: Name of your town, state or store.
Whether you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind original by Jefferson or have an idea for custom art or furniture, you will not be disappointed in the quality and craftsmanship of these unique pieces.

NOTE: Each piece is original and unique. He can recreate any of his designs noting that the woods may be different.
