I'm 72 and mostly retired. I build a lot of different things exclusively from reclaimed lumber. I mostly deconstruct pallets, crates and large one off pallets used to transport heavy machinery. I have used old signs, mirrors, or what-have-you to create wall hanging. How about a Ferrari 12 cylinder head gasket on a reclaimed wooden frame. I have the usual stuff in my shop... air compressor saws, (table, miter, band, jig), planer, joiner, drill press, metal break, shear and a bead roller. Lot's of corded hand tools, mostly heavy duty, (most of my battery stuff is for outdoor use). Half of my corded tools are used mainly for pallet disassembly. I have developed several techniques which I would be happy to share . Also have 15 or 20 pneumatic tools and a sixty year accumulation of mechanics tools, mostly Snap-On.

I would like to learn your process for disassemble of pallets. I’m always looking for a better way. thanks Mike
