Shin, It’s pretty simple. The mini grinder mounts on a small sheet of 1/8" aluminium with a bolt through the plate into the threaded handle hole in the grinder. That is screwed to the base. The “table” is another aluminium plate attached with a hinge and the adjusting legs are fastened with thumb screws into insert nuts in the base.

Brian, Short of blasting the Sparks continuously into a pile of fine sawdust you would be hard pressed to get much of a fire going with these little sparks. I know it is possible but it is way within my “comfort zone”. :-)
