Between 1/16 and 3/32. I tried 1/8" but was getting some breakage on the tighter radius. The only jig I had was a few pieces of pvc pipe. I was lucky enough to have a piece of 2-1/2" PVC electrical conduit that fit perfectly over the 2" ABS with enough space for the wood. After bending it, I quickly snapped the “clamp” over it. It worked like a champ. I bent the larger radius on all four pieces at once around a 3" pvc pipe. I originally planned to laminate 4 pieces together, but discovered it would be too thick for what I wanted, so I’ll only need two. I need two complete laminations for the project, so I’m ready to glue them up.
