Madts, my jib sheet doesn’t work as it is on a boom with a tackle. I have used my main sheet for self steering but the improvement over just a piece of surgical tubing to a cleat isn’t worth the setup time. The arrangement in the video works great (to windward) to give me a break to go below for a snack or to shoot some photos or video and only takes a few seconds to set up.
