I love a good jig, and Tony don't delay if you want one. Looks like Eric and I both made them the same way, they are a quick, easy, build, and scraps can be used. I would suggest some QS hardwood for the slides, or some of the premade ones to ensure a good, tight, non wiggly slide. For my $$$$ if I wanted other sized kerfs, I would just build more jigs. A one sized jig can be made tightly, having a gizmo that adjusts width sounds like a probable size problem. They need not be big, so they don't take up space like a full on sled
