Thanks, Ryan! I had a crotch from a storm-downed birch tree that I sliced up and stabilized, and this was some of the last of it. Crazy grain in some of it.

Thanks, Pottz! We started revealing this evening, as everyone had received their goodies. Glad you liked them, and the Damascus pocket knives are apparently a pretty good seller for my buddy. His all come with stone scales though. Or slices of mammoth tooth. He thought the birch looked pretty cool, too.
