Thank you all , DevinT. Just spent some time rehabbing (3) vintage spokeshaves. (2) with tangs , the other with brass adjusters. Need another very light rub of linseed oil. Keeping the patina intact. They work surprisingly well. The tang model is dead easy to set, smart design of the makers back then. Â
