Thanks for sharing, Paul. I have read about the scarf joints, and you gave me a better description for use. I could use that on a build. You mentioned a epoxy seal for the inside prior to attaching the plywood. Did you use a 4 oz matt with the epoxy? Or was it just the resin to seal?
S1 epoxy sealer (from System Three now). This was before Industrial Formulators Of Canada sold out to them. They also made ColdCure.
I never use matt with epoxy, only cloths. Matt is held together with starch.
