Thanks Ryan, you'd need about 5 Watts, find a scrap of tile, cover it with some Kilz, set for maybe 15 mm/s at 80% and let er rip!
Dave, I remember being in awe of LP's when they became common in the early 80's. Sure wrote purdy compared to the "fancy" dot matrix.
300 dpi was unbelievable, now 600dpi is low end.
I still write software, handy skill for getting stuff done!
James, I really want to stick my finger in the beam (the kid still in me!) or mount it on a pan/tilt head and zap flies.
LBD, is your laser a Gcode or Ruida type controller? You outta check out a test vision of LB and see if it'll drive the beast!
