Not all Gibson’s are through necks Brian. This one has a bolt on neck, which is one of the hardest parts of the build. Getting the neck pocket straight, level, square, and full contact for sound transfer can be challenging, never-mind that tension from the strings needs to be a strong joint. You all should try building one, there a lot of fun to build and play!
