That guy said to pass on that the bald spot was caused by an childhood accident.  He grabbed a bottle of Nair instead of the Brylcream.  He normally ties his hair up in a topknot but that interferes with the earmuffs.

I can set him up with my hair stylist.  It's a lot easier to camouflage those Nair spots than to try to hide them 😆
