How'd you cut the outside form? B4 or afta the routing. If b4, a shame afta routing you routing it up... if afta, b4 routing, how'd you hold the piece down... I can just about picture a sale of air clamps.
After routing the inside form, the template was removed from the paws board. Marked in pencil where I wanted the outside edge to be and cut it on the bandsaw. Then using a drum sander did the finish touches on the outside edge.. The top edges and bottom edges were rounded over with a 1/16" round over bit on the router table, then sanded.
