Hi Alex. If you lived here , I could make you all you need. When I was  working and had access to all kinds of  tool steel and the heat treat furnace, I made left handed taps and screws for boring heads for the mill and other tools. We called them "Government jobs" and I did a lot of them. I worked nights for many years and has 2 or 3 machines running at once on power feed............. one for the company and two for me!! So when I finished college and worked in the office , I bought a mill and a lathe for at home and still have them today!
