Nice piece Bruce. I thought about making them once. then my BIL, Wife's older Bro, asked me to make him one for his surprise BD party. I figured laying them out by hand, and drilling by hand, or with the DP ended up at about a zillion bux before I broke even, so I was one and done. You have to really like hole drilling, or have a CNC or something that can pop all of the 50,000 ya need to be done. It felt like 50,000 anyhow.
