Jim Jakosh ... For all those cuts I use an angle plate I made for the band saw so that the box is truly vertical and I get the same cut shape on both ends- no taper from one side to the other. It leaves minimal sanding too.

If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD
