Looks fancy and I like the cherry as a middle color. I think the cherry will be darken to be a nice deep color as it's aging and the color difference between maple and cherry will be much more after a few months.  When I made a cherry/birch cutting board, they were almost the same color when it's done but now it's a good stripe cutting board:)
