re: Mesquite Bowl

That epoxy is a wood saver. So many cookies would be unusable without it. It adds a nice contrast color, is functional, and I think makes a nice conversation starter from some wood that otherwise might not make the journey. Plus that Mesquite can be quite the charmer itself. The limb is an added bit of conversation, and some mesquite almost needs some turquoise to make it complete. Nice piece of work, looks like it would make a nice centerpiece on the table.
