Thanks, Swirt. Actually it is not my design. I met a guy at a craft show who said he saw them in Germany and asked if I could make 2 for his daughters. I made them with a straight dovetail and no magnets. The tapered design is easier to make and the magnets are a real selling point for a "lock" on the lid!!! I sold one at the show!
