Yeah, same here, but a bandsaw is beyond WWing. Same machine for metal, meat, etc.
I'm thinking about X/Y stages on a DP for milling, wood lathe for metal turnings, etc. Add a carriage to a wood lathe and you've made a metal lathe (without the precision), but still not so good
