I made a similar sled for our Delta table saw in the Arizona shop and it got a lot of use in 2 months!! This one is made to fit my Ryobi BT3000 table saw that has no miter slots. I have already machined the center casting of the table saw because it originally had a draft angle on both sides from casting. I cut two square sides parallel to the blade and to each other and that is what the rails under this sled align on.
This sled is made from Baltic birch plywood and the back rail is a 14 quarter stack up!!. I planned for it to cut up to 2" x 4" stock so I pouched out the back instead of making the whole thing bigger. I added some slots for holding the wood solid during the cut. I usually make frames by cutting one end on the right side and then cut all the members to the same length on the left side. For that I added an overall gage to catch the flats of the angle and not just the fragile point. I have the block for the stop dovetailed and that piece of Osage Orange is supposed to create that pocket but I am not happy with it. I have it designed to tighten when you turn the screw in which pushes the block out and throws off the setting. I will be making a dovetailed T bolt in the future or just install a T track in that movable stop!! I have more T track in case I need to extend the gage arm.
I have remade the sliding gage for the overall gaging and used Osage Orange again. It goes in a T track now: Trying it on a fult set of frame members: First cut: Second cut to length: All pieces exactly the same length:

Thank you all for the nice comments. I recut a new Osage Orange block and installed the T track in the end gage. I need to get a knob for it and I'll post the results. Now I'm looking for a picture frame to make with it!!!!!!!!

I made one but it’s nothing like yours. If I want to make frames deeper than 2” I have to use my Incra sled or a home made miter sled like Jeffski1 made. Great job Jim.
