Petey, these are not 95 degree stop hinges (wish they were!)
No jig, but super simple to just make one.
I'll detail that with the project I'm working on now since I'll be also using these hinges.
I use to buy Brusso's everytime they had a 50% sale a few years back. I keep a box of them with the price I paid marked on the package. The small 95 degree stop hinges (jb-101?) were $10. Now they are $47.
I agree with the comments about "keeper" items. That is why I really want some "good" hinges for the stuff I sell so it will last, just don't want to loose $25 on every box I sell.
