I have a load of the shorter hinges, both low dollar and Brusso. For my current project I needed something more substantial hence the search for a 1-1/2" + length and still narrow enough for the 1/2" wide frame on the box. I do wish I could find the same with the 95 degree stop, but now I'll have to figure some kind of stop for the lid.
The best top quality short hinges 1" and below I have found are the Horton's. They come with a range of finishes and are not overly expensive for what you get. Alas, also not a stop hinge.
I do have some 3" narrow piano style stop hinges which have potential for projects, but they are also thin and stamped.
