It's nice to have vegetation around instead of a multitude of neighbors. We're getting denser around here too, with what are called "Auxiliary Dwelling Units"- building another dwelling either in what was the garage or in the back yard. Our city didn't want this- it makes for crowding- but the state legislated it in. I'm the biggest dust maker on my block, but I keep it in the garage "shop".
