re: My Shop

Splint..Your Dads box sound cool!  I have another one that needs a couple of drawers...they are oak like this...i can build them easy enough....I just have to figure a way to age them a little.

LBD....You never disappoint....that pool shot is something else....at least you got the colors right....Go Hawks
no candy in my shop that says extreme anything!  The ship was purchased after a night of drinking In Vegas at the Treasure Island.  (Pirate themed Casino)  but I have 5 or  ships around the places.
One of the dogs loves the pool the other does not...just drinks out of it only.  and they are Golden Retrievers!  Ron has the Lab.

George-Thanks---I hate looking for something...I really had to force myself to be organized at first.  Now it is an obsession.  One of the secrets is to have a "junk box" somewhere that you throw everything in, then when it gets close to being full put all the stuff in the appropriate box.  I love to putz tho...

Big Block...it is 24 by 41.....it was supposed to be 24x40 but the concrete guys poured the slab and stub wall a foot too long so wtf...why not add another foot.....not sure why that happened, everything else they did was dead on.
I love that Keller....it makes that horizontal bandsaw look like a joke.  I had to laugh, when John brought it over it took two of us to get it out of his truck....it weighs 204 lbs. and we are old  and he gave me the manual and it calls it a table top....sure just let me throw that anywhere and move it around. So I built a cart with stout wheels...Handy as hell and built like a tank....New stuff has neat accessories and cool features....this thing will last three or four lifetimes at least...
I also have a worm gear skil saw that I had redone a bunch of years ago that was my grandfathers....it could cut my house in half if I could hold it up that long!

RyanG...Thanks buddy....it took a while.

Petey...Thanks buddy...post yours when you get home!

Steve- Thanks....it is my special place...I go up there every day

Pottzy---Snacks, pop and beer, water cooler...hey that is my second home!  I just need a comfy chair like Ron has!
