Neat....
The hair.... was a little tough with the small 1/0 jewelers blade.
Could be a perfect use for a HOZO NeoBlade. I've have better results on small puzzle boxes than with static blades which kept breaking 4mm thick wood along the grain.
If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD
