Looks like you are using pencil marks as a reference?
Only way I can thing to automate the process would be to shallow-notch your board on its side like one does making finger joints for a box.
These shallow side cuts then could index over a pin in your miter saws fence. Cut the 45's, then rip the notches off the side.
