Even if you gifted me a box for one of these sanders, or knives I am NOT the guy that dutifully puts all the pieces back in it's provided storage spot. I am more the guy who has an appropriate sized rubbermaid with lid kinda box, and I store tool, charger if applicable, and all of the parts and pieces back into the tub. It's how I am. I do bring the tub right to the place I am working though, so it is all right at hand, and then inspect each piece close up, to make sure I grabbed the correct one, so again with the made box, I'd still grab pieces out to check them out, and again, they would never end back in their slot, so I just cut to the chase, buy a box for 3 bux, and dump it in.
So far in life the only time this flaw I have about ANTI organized is with sockets. I am not mechanic enough that I can identify a 9/16 from a 1/2" or similar from across the room, so I do a lot of searching to get the right one. Different shapes, those are a piece of cake.
