Hi Dave. I have always had good luck with the Penn State pens but one of the tubes on the Horse Twist pen was bent inside or mis aligned and would not work so they sent me a new front end for it and it works good now! They also sent me a bag full of refills!!!! Good folks  !!!!!!!
