Nicely done.
I used to use GF High Performance on almost everything - including a kitchen table. On that project, I let it "cure" for the recommended time (was several weeks), but haven't found the durability to be what I hoped. We use cloth placemats and small trivets for coffee mugs (to avoid any issues with heat). Need to get it sanded down and try another finish at some point. As Splintergroup noted, there are definite benefits of water-based related to the odor, color, and time.
