Love that pattern John, just worried that at 5/8" on an end grain board you are looking at breaks if it is wet any time at all. I'd put that into an upright, or angled rack so it could store on it's side. That way it could have air all around it to allow it to dry. Wider boards can just stand on their side to do the same. The advantage there is it's also being displayed when not in use. Better than some artwork. :-)
