re: Pallet Wood Hand Carved Fishing Rod Rack

would you have plans for this? I am working with young people who have disengaged from normal schools and would like to get them connected to the art of fishing and woodwork. This is one of the best rod racks I have seen and feel that the young bloke that I'm working with would feel some success from building something like this.
