Here’s some pics I missed along the way.

If anyone has any ideas for embedding traffics between varnish layers I would love to hear successes and failures as this will be my first attempt!

Sorry, that should read “Graffics”, not traffics!

These look very nice; I’ve never see (or bought) a board with chamfered holes, it is a really nice touch. I’ve wanted to make a cribbage board for awhile but I don’t have the patience to drill all the holes, let alone chamfer them!

Thank you, the next batch I am going to build a plexiglass template. Here is this batch completed.

The pocket and bottom are covered in Royal Purple Velvet. The logo I had tried to replicate in vinyl but eventually took the boards to the local trophies and awards store and they laser engraved them. Very nice touch for only $8, I will be using this service for complicated details again.

So cool! Don’t know a thing about Cribbage, but the boards look neat.

I have another order for 4 more of these when I get back to the workshop in the fall. This time I’m building a plexiglass template.

It is a lot of work but for those with dexterity problems they are a godsend. So many people have problems that have used these just love them. I have made card holders for some clients as well, the seniors homes that have them wouldn’t trade them for anything. Ultimately I want to have one in every senior home on the island.
