Ramblings from a South Central Texas Wood Butcher #25: Whoot, Whoot! Back to making chips, shavings, and Dust!

So, it’s finally cooled down here, and I’ve got a gig to motivate me. I’m making a Wheel of Chance for a client, so I whipped up a circle cutting router jig and set some flange bearings in a piece of plywood.

Cut loose with the router and cut out my wheel. Still have a bunch to do, but it was nice to work in the shop without suffering heat stroke and sweating all over everything.

Been trying to upload a pic or two, but the site is not working. Maybe later.

All the best.

Peace!

Well, I tried adding pics again, but WoodworkingWeb is not uploading them. :-(

I’ve got the wheel ready for the clicker pins and cut the parts for the stand and mocked them up.

I’ll continue shooting as I go. Maybe I can get them to load in the Creations section.
