Hello, I was taught the basics of crochet from my wonderful stepmom a few years ago. The rest I have learned by watching videos including how to read a pattern. I have to say so far the shell stitch and the crocodile stitch are two of my favorite stitches. I am now hooked (no pun intended) and can't get enough of making new things for people.
