Checkerboard Hollow Vessel

Hollow vessel made from black walnut and maple approximately 5” x 8” with a wall thickness of 3/16”.  The vessel was designed in Rhino software and  divided into front and back parts. The parts were cut on a CNC machine which were then aligned and glued together.
