I used to sell these to gift shops when I had my business. I think one year I made over 200. Painting the hat was the hardest part.
Cut them on a bandsaw. Got extremely efficient at making stuff like this. I honestly would have stuck with stuff like this if I would have landed a big account. Never did and the little guys simply didn’t buy enough. Sigh. At least I tried.

hey i loved the stuff you made.but yeah the imports are hard to compete with. cool if your retired though making some whiskey and wine money.just hypothetical ?
