So I have multiple keyboards on my desk, to shuffle around for work and play, but the thing that drives me nuts is the fancy apple keyboard is so thin, that I can't use a proper wrist wrest. So.... quick project to elevate it a bit to the same height (and a better inclination imho) as my mechnical PC keyboard.
An already wedge shape cast off hard maple scrap, with a cut off from same scrap glued to the lip to keep the keyboard from sliding off... and... delightful comfort.
#5 took off the high spots, #3 got it nice. Bit of sanding, and some glue and clamps. Plain BLO/wax premix and its good to go.
