KNITTED BASKET FLOOR
70x40cm, 6mm thick, birch plywood board, which serves as a base for knitted basked for various purposes. Holes ar 8mm diameter, center is 1cm from board edge, space between two centers is 15mm. I measured and marked holes than drill them on drillpress. No finish.

That's a lot of holes! Did you stack them or drill each one separately?
Do you have pics of any of the baskets?

Tedious work it would seem, done well. I too would love to see a finished basket or two. Daughter knits, might be a project for her and I.

Interesting. Saw something very similar last weekend where the holes, much smaller, were then used to sew the piece down as a lining in the base of a box
