One hughe order...
Of 52x210x300 mm oak board, after planing, I cut 48x60mm laths and cut them on mitersaw to 31cm lenght . Than I made groove 16mm wide, 35mm deep on routertable. Back to mitersaw, cut one side 22 degree angled.
Of 52x210x300 mm oak board, after planing, I cut 48x60mm laths and cut them on mitersaw to 31cm lenght . Than I made groove 16mm wide, 35mm deep on routertable. Back to mitersaw, cut one side 22 degree angled.
All 14mm holes were made on drillpress, than cut the rest on bandsaw.
Finaly, I sanded all and round edges on routertable. No finish.

If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD
