This was a fun build to this date. I drew up my plans in SketchUp first and then went with any mods along the way.

Audiophile's dream, heck of a lot of storage!
Looks great! What did you use for joinery? Do the drawers run on runners? Or just slip fit?

Is the carcass birch? If so, did you use a conditioner or sealer before stain? What kind of stain? What did you use for the feet? They look nice!

You’re posting some cool stuff! Some build notes and finishing schedule would be great additions!

Hey, thanks! I’ll try to post more info on how I assemble or just the process in general. I didn’t think I would get this kind of feedback from my posts, and I’m posting at my daughter’s volleyball game. But of course not during her game, it’s a tournament and I have time in between. 😂

I used soft closed slides for the drawers, I mitered the corners and dados for the panels as dividers. Birch plywood usually stains really well for me without blotches. But then again, I prefer gel stain over regular wood stain. I used stainless steel furniture legs from Amazon.

Should provide great organization!

And - you may want to upload the "final" project as your first picture and then go back and upload additional as the first one becomes the thumbnail for the post.  Just a suggestion to help increase looks at your projects (which are really nice!).
Thanks! Yeah, I didn’t realize that the first picture should be your finished piece. 😂 I thought you could rearrange or reorder your pictures once you uploaded.

Thanks for updating!

No worries - I ran into that issue, and found that by uploading my favorite, and then going back to add more, worked to fix the order.  Regardless, typically projects here have good interaction.
For sure! 👍🏼

This is a project-driven site. The more the merrier! It’s always great to post as much info (and in-process build pics) if possible since this helps those learning an aspect of woodworking (or just straight noobs). Most of us are very interested in the process you used to get to the end result, finishing schedule included.

The Forums and Blogs are also heavily used, and you’re always welcome to jump in there as well!

Thanks for posting!

Good project and well done.   Like the drawer open front.

If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD

Thanks, guys! I appreciate your input and comments.
