Got this pattern from Better homes and garden wood magazines 1992. Have been always wanted to make it but didn't have any time to do things for myself. When your repairing furniture for customers, they come first. Took two days to layout the back and carve it. I made a few changes for the back, it had a curved back above the top of the bear head and I want to change it.
I have a PantoRouter, so I mortise and tenon every joint, and pocket screwed the legs and arms so that you couldn't see how it was fasten together.
Hand scooped the seat.
