I had a Friend many years ago who took up pottery for a while... He made Skull-shaped bongs, brought them to a Grateful Dead show and they sold pretty good! Before he did it again at a second show, he received by Registered Mail, a cease and desist order threatening litigation from the Dead's Attorneys...
I've heard the Rolling Stones are the same way with their tongue and lips symbol... People are touchy about their copyrighted trademarks!
